1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of this website (labandadelaabuela.com, the “Site”) and of the quote request and review forms it contains. By using the Site you accept these terms; if you disagree, please don't use it.

2. Who we are

Alberto Daniel Méndez Peña, national ID (DNI) 61377196V, registered at Calle Las Margaritas 2, Monte Pego, Alicante, 03780, Spain (hereinafter, “La Banda de la Abuela” or “we”), are responsible for this Site. You can contact us at booking@labandadelaabuela.com.

3. The service we offer

La Banda de la Abuela is a rock, pop and Latin cover band that performs live at weddings, private events and public performances. The Site presents the band, receives quote requests and publishes customer reviews.

4. Quote requests: not a booking

Filling in the form at /reservas is a request for information, not a firm booking or a contract. We'll reply with a proposal; the date and terms are only confirmed once both parties expressly accept a quote or contract in writing. We only use the data you share in the form to prepare that proposal. More detail in our Privacy notice.

5. Reviews

You can leave us a review on /valorar. By submitting one, you confirm the experience you describe is real and the content is your own. We review each submission before publishing it on /valoraciones, and we may decline to publish (or later remove) content that is false, offensive, infringes third-party rights, or is unrelated to a real event. We publish your name and, if you provide it, your social media handle alongside the review. You can ask us to remove it by writing to booking@labandadelaabuela.com.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of this Site belong to La Banda de la Abuela or are used with the corresponding authorization. Reproducing or reusing them without permission is not allowed, except to share the Site's own link.

7. Proper use of the Site

You may not use the forms to send spam, false or malicious content, or content that impersonates third parties, nor attempt to access private areas of the Site without authorization (for example, the management panel).

8. Availability and external links

We do our best to keep the Site available, but we don't guarantee it will be free of interruptions. The Site links to third-party social media (Instagram, Facebook); we are not responsible for their content or their own terms of use.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that correspond under applicable consumer-protection law.
